Some people drink wine because it is just delicious. Some drink it because it is just normal and part of everyday life. There is a big group of people where wine goes beyond those parameters and wine is a life style, a hobby and a passion. Some extensive wine cellars are built housing hundreds and indeed thousands of bottles of wine, value…out of this world.
A lot of these people will never drink their collection. Some suddenly will try but realize they cannot consume all. For us at winesale.co.nz, we are all very passionate about wine. We know a lot about it and we can be tempted to stay late at work just to try a few wines that are great or special or interesting or just down and outright sexy. Yes indeed , there is such a thing as a sexy wine. This happens when you take the wine from your glass and everything feels right, right down to this angel that dances on your pallet. Inhale and music is entering your mouth. Euphoric almost!
There are many expensive wines around that have that…Je ne c’est quoi” from renowned wineries. However there are many really affordable wines around as well that gives the buzz. Just because wines are not known, it does not mean theya re not good. Hell some really well known expensive brands are sometimes not as good as cheaper wines. Then wineries are just trading of their reputation.
We are really quite blessed here in New Zealand, the quality of our wines are on average much better then from other countries. At winesale.co.nz every wine is tasted before we put it to our customers. The wines we import from overseas are wines that are particularly good in price and quality.
