Do not let us tempt you.

We here at have become increasingly concerned about how some other retailers are urging consumers to spend every last cent on the excesses of the Christmas season.

Don’t they realise there’s a recession on? Now is a time for belt tightening, for holding back and saving for the future. It’s time we all took a break from this crazy consumerist train wreck and started thinking more about tomorrow.

In that spirit we would like to urge you not to buy our delicious range of FAULT LINE Marlborough Wines for just $10.99, including our FAULT LINE Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling.

Long Flat Sem SavWe think it would be highly irresponsible of you to take advantage our LONG FLAT Semillon Sauvignon Blanc at just $9.99 – even though this wine is normally $11.99 and James Halliday rated it at 87 points in his latest Australian Wine Companion. Because that’s just not the point is it? If James wants to go around spending his hard earned cash on budget blockbusters like the LONG FLAT Sem-Sav then he has to take responsibility for that himself doesn’t he? And in any case if James decided to jump off a tall building would you do the same thing? No, that’s what we thought.

And now is definitely not the time to be celebrating with our sensational PALAIS DE VERSAILLES French sparkling wine at just $9.99, let alone our delicious French Methode LEON PALAIS, which at $14.99 effortlessly embarrasses most other sparkling wines under $20.

Lastly you can be thankful that because you have shown restraint enough not to purchase 12 bottles from us, that you are not eligible to buy 6 bottles of LONG FLAT Chardonnay or 6 bottles of LONG FLAT Shiraz for just $36*.

Alright who are we kidding – these prices are ridiculous – order lots and order often!
